Each session start on time (except in extreme cases). Please make sure you attend your booked session as scheduled. Cancellation within 24 hours of the session will result in 50% of the price of the session being due. Between 24 hours to 48 hours: 25% of the price of the session. After 3 cancellations a session will be deducted from your package.
